The Diplomatic Reception at Buckingham Palace means one thing...The tiaras are out

1000 members of the diplomatic corps descended on Buckingham Palace last night for a night that always promises some brilliant photo moments.

Prince William and Kate, Prince Charles and Camilla, and Queen Elizabeth herself were all present and donned some of their finest threads for the occasion.

The Duchess of Cambridge was kitted out in a velvet gown by Alexander McQueen, while Queen Elizabeth chose to wear an Angela Kelly state gown that had people looking on in awe.
