Lady Kitty Spencer married multi-millionaire fashion mogul Michael Lewis on Saturday at a small ceremony, in Frascati, Italy, filled with close family and friends.
Lady Kitty Spencer is the niece of the late Princess Diana and is 30 years old. This weekend she married multi-millionaire fashion mogul Michael Lewis, 62, in a lavish ceremony at Villa Aldo Brandini in Frascati, Italy. She was walked down the aisle by brothers Louis Spencer, Viscount Althorp, and Samuel Aitken.
Lady Spencer wore a Victorian-inspired Dolce & Gabbana custom gown that was paired with a traditional veil and subtle hoop earrings.

Charles Spencer, the 9th Earl Spencer is the brother of the late Princess Diana and Lady Spencer's father.
Lady Spencer is a model who debuted at a Dolce and Gabbana catwalk in 2017.
Her engagement to Michael Lewis was announced in January of last year and the pair have been together for over two years.
According to People Magazine, the attendees included Kitty's sisters, twins Eliza and Amelia, Viscountess Emma Weymouth and her husband Ceawlin Thynn, the Marquess of Bath, pop star Pixie Lott, and Idris Elba's wife Sabrina Dhowre Elba. It was unclear if Prince Harry or Prince William were in attendance at their cousin's wedding.

It is yet to be revealed where Lady Spencer and her husband will be spending their honeymoon but no doubt the pair will leave no expense spared when it comes to their holiday.
