Details have emerged regarding the new documentary series that Prince Harry will be making with none other than Oprah Winfrey

We all know that Harry and Meghan have many friends in high places. Even still, to see Harry partnering up with the Queen of television will still come as a surprise to many.

We know Oprah has long had a relationship with the Sussex's. She was one of the many famous guests invited to their wedding, and has worked with both Harry and Meghan in the past.

What will the show be about?

In a candid interview with The Daily Telegraph, Prince Harry revealed that the show with Oprah would revolve around the issue of mental health.

Harry has in the past opened up about the death of his mother Diana, and discussed the impact that had on his mental health and well being at a young age.

This showed him 'realize what an impact sharing my story could have, and what an impact other stories can have for so many who are suffering silently'.

With this in mind, Harry is the perfect host for a show focused on showcasing the very best in human spirit and resilience.

Harry and Oprah

The @sussexroyal Instagram account announced in April that Harry and Oprah would be forming a partnership, saying that the pair had been working towards a 2020 launch for their show, which will be released on Apple.

Harry has revealed that him and Oprah have had several meetings to organize the subject matter of the show, and that 'If the viewers can relate to the pain and perhaps the experience, then it could save lives, as we will focus on prevention and positive outcomes'.

No doubt that a partnership as strong as Prince Harry and Oprah will yield positive results. Harry's reach is truly worldwide, and Oprah carries the title as the most powerful woman on television, so hopefully it will be a partnership for the ages.

The show will launch on Apple TV in 2020.
