We love Harry Potter, we love Stephen Fry, and we love that he reads the books on all the audio versions. In May 2019, Fry appeared at the Hay Festival in Wales and told the most charming anecdote about working with JK Rowling on The Prisoner of Azkaban.

The actor took to the stage as part of the Serious Readers Shine to tell stories from his two books Mythos: The Greek Myths Retold and Heroes: Mortals and Monsters, Quests and Adventures.
This isn't the first time this story has been shared. However, Rowling remembers the incident slightly differently. And she took to Twitter when it was first shared to set the matter straight.
