The eldest daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson is already mother to Sienna Elizabeth, aged 3.
The Princess is also stepmother to her husband’s son Wolfie, aged 8, who he shares with his ex-fiancé, architect Dara Huang.
The baby will be 11th in line to the throne.
The couple married in 2020 in an intimate ceremony at the Royal Chapel of All Saints in Windsor Great Park, with close family members in attendance, including Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip.
Beatrice wore a vintage Norman Hartnell gown, loaned to her by the Queen, and the Queen Mary Fringe Tiara, famously worn by her grandmother on her own wedding day in 1947.
Last year, Princess Beatrice became an aunt for the second time when her sister, Princess Eugenie, welcomed her second child with husband Jack Brooksbank.
