Former wife of Prince Andrew, the Duchess of York has shared some light into her life now that she has some space from Buckingham Palace.
The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, has touched on recent rumors that were circulating about a feud between her and the late Princess Diana.
The Duchess of York spoke out in an interview with People Magazine about her time in the limelight and the trials and tribulations that came with that.
The mother to Princess Beatrice, 32, and Princess Eugenie, 31, discussed how she had 'an extraordinary fear of getting it wrong' in her earlier years and was weighed down by this pressure to maintain appearances. Ferguson is the cover star of the current issue of People Magazine.
In the interview, Ferguson had this to say regarding her relationship with the late Princess Diana; "We promised each other we would always be together – there was never any daylight between us. But everybody wanted that because we were so strong together. People want to break something so strong. She taught me so much of public life. She was so brave. We used to have the most incredible time together."
The new grandmother spoke about how she has 'gotten out of her own way' and found her true self. "I've really become Sarah. The Duchess is there. Good old Fergie's there too. But Sarah is authentically present."

Ferguson also spoke about her ex-husband, Prince Andrew - with who she still lives.
The disgraced Royal made headlines for all the wrong reasons last year as the extent of his relationship with sex offender Jeffrey Epstein was made clear.
Ferguson described Andrew as a 'fabulous father' to their two daughters.
