This year, Commonwealth Day was celebrated on the 9th March across 5 continents

The theme of the event was centered around the concept of 'Delivering a Common Future', which focused on how the 54 Commonwealth countries are 'innovating, connecting, and transforming' to achieve common goals.

The whole family were out in force for the ceremony, which was held at Westminster Abbey. Harry and Meghan were making their final high-profile appearance as fully fledged, official members of the Royal Family.

The Sussex's were seen waving goodbye to the crowds and appeared to be in good spirits as they made their final moves as working Royals.

Queen Elizabeth gave a rousing speech at the ceremony, praising all Commonwealth nations for their efforts in protecting the environment, and described the nations as a 'worldwide family.'
